Who we are

Hi, my name is Paul. I’ve been tangled up in tech for as long as I can remember—it’s kind of my thing. I get a thrill from taking stuff apart just to see what makes it tick, and I actually enjoy banging my head against tough problems until they finally give in.

I have experience working in many different facets of IT. From being a military contractor supporting the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet to helping run the IT department at the City of Meridian as the Service Desk Manager.

I've spent a good stretch of time in the computer industry, honing my skills and soaking up experience—then I figured, why not take the leap and launch my own adventure?

Established in 2025, Reboot Ninjas is here to help cut through all of the digital confusion and help get your computer back in fighting shape!

Meet the team

Hi, my name is Adam. I’ve been in IT support for over 20 years. My passion for computers started ages ago when I was just little messing around on apple 2's commodore 64's. I enjoy building and taking apart computers, digging through the OS and making sure they are in tip top shape.

I have experience working in many different facets of IT. From being a military contractor supporting the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet, to helping run the IT department at the City of Meridian as an IT Support specialist. I have also worked for the state of Idaho as an Operations Support Analyst.

I've done a bit of everything in the tech field and enjoy many different things about it from building large switch racks and maintaining servers, to basic investigations to find info people have lost on their PC. I even hold a associates degree in IT Multimedia Tech, specializing in video editing and processing. So basically I'm a jack of all tech trades. So I joined up with my good friend and former supervisor, Paul to start our own tech fun.
